Custom Marine Inc in Neenah, WI is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Machinist to operate CNC vertical and horizontal mills and produce precision parts. The role requires setting up machines, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of CNC experience, familiarity with Doosan/Mazak/Haas/Yam/SMG mills, and knowledge of MasterCam; English fluency and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills (Doosan, Mazak, Haas, Yam or SMG).
• Ability to program Mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and proving part programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming Mills using MasterCam is a definite plus
• Sound knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding specifications and tolerances
• Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
