TECOMET is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist III to produce precision parts by operating, setting up, and programming CNC equipment as needed. The candidate will follow GD and GMP practices, review engineering drawings, and maintain quality and productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include tooling changes, setup optimization, and collaboration with Engineering to improve fixtures and processes while ensuring safety and traceability in all operations.

Competenze

• 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.

Mansioni

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, wire EDMs, and CNC lathes within tolerances per drawings.
• Propose new production setups and change offsets/tooling in machines as part of the new setup.
• Perform difficult CNC machining with close tolerances on a variety of parts and metals.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot and understand CNC programs and processes.
• Improve and produce work instructions for processes.
