TECOMET is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist III to operate, set up, and potentially program CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and lathes to produce high-precision parts. You will read engineering drawings, optimize setups, and ensure quality according to OOQ standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years of CNC machining experience, strong math and measurement skills, and a collaborative approach to maintain safety and productivity on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years CNC Machining experience.

Responsabilités

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and CNC lathes within tolerances.
• Propose new production setups and change offsets/tooling.
• Perform difficult CNC machining with close tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes.
• Improve and produce work instructions.
• Assist Engineering with fixtures redesign to improve quality and productivity.
• Ensure product quality per OOQ standards with measuring equipment.
