Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years CNC machining experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Capability to run multiple CNC machines and maintain tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills and lathes within tolerances.
• Propose new production setups and adjust tooling/ offsets.
• Perform difficult CNC work with close tolerances on various metals.
• Read blueprints and evaluate specifications; document readings.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes; support continuous improvement.
