Job summary

Next Level Staffing is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our industrial production team in Wisconsin. You will set up and program tools and equipment to produce, modify, or repair precision parts while monitoring performance and conducting regular quality checks to ensure specifications are met.

Attention to detail is crucial as accuracy drives production success. Candidates must read technical drawings, have 2+ years of CNC experience, and pass background and drug screening to qualify.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of CNC Machinist experience or similar role.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Check CNC machinery is in good working order before set up
• Set up machinery to successfully conduct the run as specified
• Conduct all programming as required
• Monitor the run throughout the cycle, checking that specifications are met
• Perform all necessary machine maintenance
• Follow safety standards at all times
• Report any safety or maintenance concerns to management immediately
• Keep all work areas clean and organized
