Job summary

Adecco is seeking a skilled Machinist in Wisconsin to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, including 5-axis systems, to produce precision parts. The role requires interpreting blueprints, applying GD&T, and ensuring quality through precise measurements.

You will participate in preventive maintenance, follow PCS, and contribute to SQDC goals while documenting actions and collaborating with Engineering and Management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years CNC operation experience.
• G-code programming experience required.
• Knowledge of blueprints and GD&T preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine setup and finish dimensions.
• Operate CNC machines (including 5-axis) to meet specifications and tolerances.
• Adjust cutting speeds and feeds, and make offsets for print tolerances.
• Measure finished parts with micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Perform daily/weekly maintenance on machines and tools.
• Document production and quality logs and assist with PCS revisions.
