Job summary

Tecomet in Burlington, NJ seeks a skilled CNC Machinist III to operate, set up, and possibly program CNC mills, wire EDMs, and lathes to tight tolerances. You will read blueprints, adjust tooling, and help improve processes while maintaining GMP/GDP and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CNC machining, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably an associate degree or machinist apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate degree or machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• GCSE/NVQ Maths and English is desirable (UK only).

Responsibilities

• Operate, setup, and could program CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and CNC lathes within tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot and understand CNC programs and processes.
• Improve and produce work Instructions.
• Perform routine maintenance per PM schedule.
• Record activities in the job tracking system.
