Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CNC machining experience in a job shop, prototype, or R&D environment.
• Strong setup and operation on multi-axis CNC mills/lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and drawings.
• Solid understanding of GD&T.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, indicators).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and mill-turn equipment.
• Machine prototype, one-off, and low-volume production components to tight tolerances.
• Work with steel, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel.
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions; ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform in-process and final inspections with precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machining processes and adjust programs or setups as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
