Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is partnering with a leading precision machining manufacturer in Mequon, WI to recruit a Senior CNC Machinist for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will set up and run multi-axis equipment, troubleshoot advanced machining, tooling, and fixture issues, and lead first-article inspections.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of CNC experience, strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills, and a track record of mentoring machinists, with a collaborative, results‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of CNC machining experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
• Experience training and mentoring machinists or operators.
• Ability to independently solve complex machining and tooling challenges.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run multi-axis equipment.
• Troubleshoot advanced machining, tooling, and fixture issues.
• Inspect and validate parts using CMMs and manual gauges; lead first-article processes.
• Recommend and implement tooling and process improvements.
