Job summary

Tecomet in Windham, New Hampshire is seeking a CNC Machinist III to produce precision components by operating, setting up, and potentially programming CNC mills, lathes and wire EDM equipment.

You will read blueprints, verify tolerances, troubleshoot programs, and contribute to continuous improvement while following GMP/GDP and safety standards. This role requires strong math skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate degree or certificate in Tooling & Machining preferred.
• UK GCSE/NVQ Maths and English desirable (UK only).

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, wires EDMs, and lathes within tolerances.
• Propose new setups and adjust offsets/tooling as part of new setups.
• Perform difficult CNC work with very close tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes.
• Improve and produce work instructions.
• Assist engineering with fixtures to improve quality and productivity.
• Ensure product quality by following OOQ standards and using measuring equipment.
• Propose adjusted speeds and feeds for machining requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and 5S housekeeping.
• Conform to GMP/GDP and complete job routers/cards.
• Maintain safety and report SH&E issues.
