Tecomet is seeking a CNC Machinist III in Windham, NH to produce machined parts to tight tolerances. You will set up and operate CNC mills, wire EDMs, and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure quality with proper tooling and PPE usage.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting programs, performing routine maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Strong math, detail orientation, and teamwork are essential for success at Tecomet.

Qualificações

• CNC machining experience required with ability to read blueprints.
• 5+ years in CNC machining environment.
• Education credentials as noted above are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, wire EDMs and lathes with tolerances.
• Read schematics, evaluate blueprints; adjust tooling and offsets as needed.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes for quality output.
• Maintain equipment, perform routine PMs, and document activities.
• Implement continuous improvement and 5S housekeeping in the work area.
• Train newer machinists and contribute to fixture redesign with engineering.
