Tecomet is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist III to produce precision parts at our North Salem, NH facility. You will operate, set up, and potentially program CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and lathes while ensuring parts meet specifications and OOQ standards.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and documentation with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and fixture redesigns as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Ability to operate, set up, and read engineering drawings.
• Willingness to learn and operate under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and CNC lathes within tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot and understand CNC programs and processes.
• Improve and produce work instructions.
• Perform routine maintenance and follow PM schedules.
• Ensure quality per OOQ standards using measurement tools.
• Record activities on the job tracking system and support continuous improvement.
