Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years CNC machining experience is required.
• Associates degree or certificate in tooling and machining preferred.
• GCSE/NVQ Maths and English desirable (UK only).

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and program CNC mills, wire EDMs, and CNC lathes within specified tolerances.
• Propose new production setups and change offsets/tooling.
• Perform difficult CNC machining work with very close tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes.
• Improve and produce work instructions.
• Assist engineering with fixture redesigns to improve quality and productivity.
• Ensure product quality by following OOQ standards and using measuring equipment.
• Propose adjusted speeds and feeds for machining needs.
• Perform routine maintenance per daily machine checklist and PM schedule.
• Perform hand finishing and follow GMP/GDP practices.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping in the work area.
• Identify and escalate manufacturing issues to leaders and participate in resolution.
