Job summary

EBARA Mixers Inc. in Adelanto, CA is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist (Setup & Operator) for the second shift to set up and operate CNC mills, lathes and VBM equipment, turning and milling precision parts to drawings and tolerances.

You will read blueprints, verify dimensions with precision measuring tools, and maintain production records while ensuring quality and ISO standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
Experience performing complete machine setup and operation.
Experience with editing CNC programming is required.
Strong experience with: CNC milling, CNC turning, horizontal milling, vertical boring mills (VBM).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.
Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments and metrology.
Ability to select and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding.
Knowledge of conventional milling and turning is considered an asset.
Graduate of a technical school or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and program verification.
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, horizontal mills, VBM machines, and other CNC equipment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions.
Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other inspection tools.
Produce parts that meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Identify machining or quality issues and work with supervisors, engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve them.
Perform preventative maintenance and routine machine care.
Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate production records.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies, ISO quality procedures, and environmental standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do
