Job summary

EBARA Mixers Inc. in Adelanto, CA is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist (Setup & Operator) for the second shift to set up and operate CNC mills, lathes and VBM equipment, turning and milling precision parts to drawings and tolerances.

You will read blueprints, verify dimensions with precision measuring tools, and maintain production records while ensuring quality and ISO standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
  • Experience performing complete machine setup and operation.
  • Experience with editing CNC programming is required.
  • Strong experience with: CNC milling, CNC turning, horizontal milling, vertical boring mills (VBM).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.
  • Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments and metrology.
  • Ability to select and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding.
  • Knowledge of conventional milling and turning is considered an asset.
  • Graduate of a technical school or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Produce parts that meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Identify machining or quality issues and work with supervisors, engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve them.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine machine care.
  • Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate production records.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies, ISO quality procedures, and environmental standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: US$25.00 To US$30.00 Hourly

We're looking for a CNC Machinist (Setup & Operator) to join our second shift team. This role is ideal for someone with strong setup experience who is comfortable working independently, troubleshooting machining issues, and producing high-quality parts in a custom manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for the complete setup and operation of CNC machine tools to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and program verification.

Overtime may be required based on business needs.
