Qualifications

• Four years’ experience operating and setting-up CNC machines (lathes/mills/mill-turn) preferred.
• Advanced math skills (trigonometry and algebra) required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications.

Responsibilities

• Start and observe machining processes, adjust settings for multiple passes.
• Set up and edit CNC programs.
• Inspect parts with precision instruments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines and perform preventive maintenance.
• Operate multiple machines concurrently.
• Position tools and control cutting depth, speed, and coolant flow.
• Work in an R&D environment.
