Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Senior Machinist to independently set up and operate CNC mills and multi-axis machines at our Blue Ash, OH facility. You will develop fixtures, optimize machining processes, and support quotes while maintaining precise documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 5 years of CNC machining experience, proficiency in reading blueprints with GD&T, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to independently set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines.
• Experience reading blueprints, GD&T, and performing dimensional inspection.
• Experience machining complex components such as castings, forgings, or additive parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run 3-axis and 5-axis CNC centers and CMM equipment.
• Develop and optimize fixtures for aerospace components.
• Support quotes for machining work and maintain production records.
• Ensure 5S and workplace cleanliness; follow EHS and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.
