Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Senior CNC Machinist/Programmer for the 2nd shift at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility. You will program, set up, and run 3-axis and 5-axis CNC centers and CMMs to produce turbo machinery components and aerospace parts. Candidates should have 4+ years of CNC experience, strong GD&T skills, and familiarity with CAD/CAM software.

This role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of CNC machining experience in turbo machinery components.
• Experience machining castings, forging or 3D printed hardware using 5-axis CNC, and EDM machines.
• Strong technical skills in GD&T and blueprints.
• Experience with turning/lathes and multi-axis CNC equipment.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and MS Office; 2 years programming experience.
• Exposure to ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality systems and EH&S requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines and CMM equipment.
• Develop machining fixtures for complex aerospace components.
• Program CNC equipment on-line and off-line.
• Quote machining work for internal and external customers.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure shop cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and tooling allocation for jobs.
