Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Senior Machinist to independently set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines. The role involves developing fixtures, supporting internal and external quotes, and maintaining precise machining records in a fast-paced aerospace-focused shop.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC experience, strong GD&T and blueprint-reading skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. This position is based at the Blue Ash, Ohio facility with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience independently setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, & multi-axis machines.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T, and performing dimensional inspection.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and run 3-axis and 5-axis CNC centers and CMM equipment.
• Develop and optimize fixtures for complex aerospace components.
• Support quoting of machining work for internal and external customers.
• Maintain accurate production records, setup sheets, and machining documentation.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness per 5S standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve machining processes, efficiency and quality.
