Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our Vernon, CA manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and inspect components on advanced CNC machines, ensuring parts meet engineering specs with precision and safety.

You will read blueprints and GD&T, troubleshoot G-code, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and productivity in a robust manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Experience with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC turning and milling.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with stainless steel and industrial materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis turning, 5-axis turning, and 5-axis milling CNC machines.
• Edit and troubleshoot G-code at machine controls.
• Read engineered drawings and GD&T to ensure part accuracy.
• Inspect components with micrometers, calipers, and scales.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
