Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely operate machining equipment in manufacturing/repair.
• Ability to read blueprints and geometric tolerances.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment (micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, depth gauges).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Read blueprints and tolerances to determine machining needs.
• Use micrometers, dial indicators, and depth gauges to verify dimensions.
• Fabricate, modify, repair, and rework components and equipment.
• Follow machining processes and quality procedures to meet production.
• Perform routine equipment checks and assist with maintenance.
• Maintain safe, orderly work area and follow safety rules.
• Communicate with supervision and team members to support production.
