Magee Technologies LLC in Southern Maryland is seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist Technician to fabricate aerospace components for DoD and commercial customers. This role emphasizes 3- and 5-axis CNC programming, setup, and precision machining, with responsibility for mentoring junior machinists and guiding manufacturing processes to meet AS9100 requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; DoD manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years CNC programming and machining experience; AS9100 aware.
• Experience with Siemens NX, Okuma and Grob 5-axis machines a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC machines with complex drawings.
• Mentor junior machinists and support prototype development.
• Interpret GD&T and maintain part accuracy through in-process inspection.
