You will perform CMM inspection and maintain quality documentation, while collaborating with engineering to optimize processes. Requires a trade school or associate’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of machine programming and setup experience, along with CAM proficiency and

Responsibilities

• Program and setup CAM for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling and turning.
• Operate and troubleshoot HAAS and DMG Mori/Siemens controls.
• Maintain CMM inspection and quality documentation.
• Source tooling and materials to meet production needs.
• Communicate improvements to engineering and optimize processes.
• Evaluate prototypes for refinement through assembly and testing.
• Support customers with engineering-driven solutions.
