Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years in a machine shop environment.
• 5–10 years' experience machining CNC and manual machines.
• Experience in Engineer-to-Order or Make-to-Order environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and GD&T basics.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual lathes and mills to produce quality parts.
• Set up machines and perform tooling changes.
• Inspect parts using precision measurement tools and GD&T principles.
• Assist in tooling design for future jobs and training of junior machinists.
• Troubleshoot machines and CNC programs; adjust feeds/speeds as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety standards.
