Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification or apprenticeship preferred.
• 1–2 years in manual lathe/mill operation; 8+ years CNC lathe/mill experience.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC and manual lathes or milling machines per Hunting procedures and blueprints.
• Demonstrate ability to set up a machine and run jobs with minimal supervision.
• Use precision measuring tools and inspect workmanship to meet tolerances.
• Assist with minor CNC programming adjustments and learning on machines.
