Job summary

Advantest America Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist. The role requires 10–20 years with CNC Mills and Manual equipment; 5-axis experience is a plus. You will read blueprints and SOPs in English, troubleshoot CAM and machine issues, and work both independently and in a team. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 10 to 20 years’ experience with CNC Mills and Manual equipment; 5 axis experience a plus.
• Advanced understanding of GD&T; read blueprints, drawings, SOPs, WIs in English.
• Able to troubleshoot CAM, PostP, Programmer, and machine issues.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team; strong problem-solving.
• Able to work overtime and weekends; flexible to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set-up Hermle, Matsuura and Mikron 5 axis machines for multiple jobs.
• Run and prove out programs; troubleshoot and debug.
• Control processes to ensure quality per Inspection Plan; maintain records.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and supply machine needs.
• Establish pallet quantities for optimal automation output.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
