Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION in Tempe, AZ, is hiring for a CNC Machinist. You will set up and operate CNC mills/turning centers, interpret complex blueprints, and maintain tolerances with precision measuring tools. The role includes documenting work in ERP systems and contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced shop environment.

We seek candidates with 5–6 years of relevant experience, strong math and quality focus, and teamwork with cross-functional staff. 10% night shift differential is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced training preferred.
• 5-6 years of relevant machining experience.
• Attention to detail and precision in tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Comfort with measuring instruments and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling and turning centers per blueprints and specs.
• Retrieve job routings, part drawings, and tool lists.
• Select cutting tools and work holding for materials and processes.
• Document manufactured quantities and processes in ERP system.
• Perform precise measurements and inspections to ensure quality.
