Job summary

Premier Aerospace Group NY LLC in East Aurora, NY is seeking a skilled CNC Integrex Machinist to operate and program Integrex multi-tasking machines, producing precision aerospace components.

The ideal candidate has Mazak Integrex or comparable Mill/Turn experience, strong blueprint reading, G-code and Mazatrol knowledge, and the ability to perform complex setups and tool selection. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Mazak Integrex or comparable Mill/Turn experience.
• G-Code and Mazatrol knowledge.
• Read blueprints and work to prints.
• Experience with plastics materials.
• Ability to perform complex setups and tool selection.
• Experience with CMM programming and inspection setup.
• Experience multi-axis CNC with complex offsets.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC Integrex multi-tasking machines to produce aerospace components.
• Read blueprints and translate to precise tooling and offsets.
• Set up tools, work holding, and sequencing for new jobs.
• Troubleshoot cycles and optimize for quality and efficiency.
• Support inspection with CMM programs and first-article checks.
