Job summary

Krones, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate Integrex/multiple-axis lathes in a low-volume, high-mix environment. You will set up, program, and run complex parts, ensuring tight tolerances and quality through Mazatrol and G&M code editing.

The role requires Mazatrol experience and 3–5 years of CNC lathe work, with a potential shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shifts and training on 1st shift. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; advanced education or apprenticeship preferred.
• Mazatrol conversational programming knowledge required.
• 3-5 years of CNC Mazak Integrex or 3-axis lathe experience required.
• Experience running different grades of material and performing multiple set-ups per day required.
• Willingness to be flexible and run more than one machine is required.
• Strong math skills and ability to read detailed drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Run Integrex machines in the Lathe Department and perform setup.
• Program and edit G&M code and mazatrol routines to meet tolerances.
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and coordinate with the first shift operator and programming to fix issues.
