Job summary

iWorkforce Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC 5-axis Machinist to operate and control Mazak Integrex machines, ensuring high-quality precision parts while meeting safety, quality, and production goals.

The candidate should have strong G&M code knowledge, blueprint reading skills, and experience with precision measuring tools. A 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM schedule applies with standard overtime based on workload.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
3–5 years CNC Mill/Lathe or 5-axis machining experience.
Mazak Integrex experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and job orders.
Strong knowledge of G and M codes.
Attention to detail and quality mindset.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Operate, set up, and perform changeovers on CNC 5-axis Mazak Integrex machines.
Perform first article inspections and ensure parts meet specifications.
Load parts using overhead lifting equipment and adjust machine offsets.
Make simple program edits and monitor machine operations.
Identify and correct machine issues, malfunctions, or out-of-tolerance conditions.
Read blueprints and verify dimensions, tolerances, tooling, and machining requirements.
Use precision measuring instruments and maintain tight tolerances.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform basic preventive maintenance.
Manage workflow to meet production schedules and quality standards.
