Job summary

Integra-Cast, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate milling and turning equipment to produce precision aluminum components.

You will read engineering drawings, select tooling and cutting parameters, and troubleshoot issues to meet quality and productivity goals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in aerospace, medical, or precision machining environments, with proficiency in Mori Seiki and Fanuc controls, GD&T, and multi-axis setups.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Experience with setting up and operating multi-axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for quality control.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and work orders to determine machining requirements.
• Program or load CNC programs (G-code/M-code) and verify correctness.
• Set up CNC machines, install tooling, fixtures, and offsets.
• Perform first-article checks and adjust parameters as needed.
• Operate machines while monitoring feeds, speeds, coolant, and chip control.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, and CMMs; document results.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety rules.
