Job summary

WorkWave Staff in Falconer, NY is seeking a CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator with at least 5 years of experience to produce tight tolerance parts on Mazak lathes and Integrex. You will set up machines, test runs, inspect parts against prints, read blueprints, and work both independently and in a team.

Schedule is 8-hour shifts, Mon-Fri 7:00 am–3:30 pm with occasional weekend work. Health and dental insurance are provided with weekly employee deductions for coverage; prescriptions are included with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC lathe programming/operator experience.
• Experience programming Mazatrol and Top Solid is required.
• Ability to read blueprints/mechanical drawings and verify against specifications.
• Ability to set up machines and run full cycles for large lots.
• Ability to inspect and measure finished parts to ensure conformance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate CNC lathes and ensure tight tolerance outputs.
• Test run to verify machine output matches program specifications.
• Set up machines and run full cycles for large lots.

• Load raw materials/parts onto machines and adjust as needed.
• Maintain daily machine checks to ensure functionality.
