Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Alsip, IL seeks a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician focused on CNC and facilities systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, install, relocate, and repair CNC and manual machines, and read electrical wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing setting with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• 3+ years maintenance on CNC and manual machinery.
• 2+ years troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and building systems.
• 2+ years reading mechanical prints, blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• 2+ years using micrometers, gauges, meters, calipers, and related precision tools.

Responsibilities

• Review preventive maintenance queue and perform hands-on work on CNC and manual machines.
• Trace wiring from schematics and diagnose pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Apply Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and ensure safety.
• Lead installation, removal, and relocation of production equipment.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and leadership to solve problems.
