Job summary

Amentum is seeking a 1st shift highly advanced Maintenance Technician V to join our Industrial CNC/Automation Equipment Maintenance Team in Springdale, Ohio. The role focuses on troubleshooting, servicing, and documenting electrical and control needs in an industrial setting.

You will diagnose, calibrate, and maintain CNC and control systems, while mentoring less skilled technicians and collaborating with site management to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
• 6 years of experience performing electrical mechanical maintenance and repair on production equipment in an industrial environment or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have the ability to work in an aerial lift or scissor lift at heights up to 30 feet or higher.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, maintains and repairs process/production machines and electrical equipment up to 480V AC.
• Calibrates instrumentation equipment and controls for optimum performance.
• Procures parts from crib systems, OEM or authorized vendors.
• Identifies and documents cost savings.
• Develops and coaches as appropriate.
• Performs preventive maintenance in CMMS and provides feedback to customers.
