Job summary

StaffBright is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in Streetsboro, OH to join a growing manufacturing company and global Tier 1 supplier serving automotive and industrial markets. If you have a strong maintenance background, enjoy hands‑on troubleshooting, and can work independently to keep equipment running safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you!

This is a full‑time, on‑site opportunity on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• High school diploma/GED preferred; craft apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating a forklift/high-low.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience working with CNC or machining equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance support throughout the facility.
• Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Read blueprints, shop drawings, sketches, and work orders.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and routine equipment upkeep.
• Work independently while meeting maintenance schedules and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support daily operations.
