PruittHealth in North Carolina-Burnsville is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide nursing care as directed by the manager and supervise the program aide.

You will monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, administer basic care, and support residents with cognitive impairments while coordinating with the care team.

This full-time 1st shift role requires flexibility to work unscheduled days/hours and a commitment to compassionate, quality care.

Formación

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with at least 1 year geriatric care experience.
• Must be certified and eligible to work, with readiness for background screening and health clearance.
• No illegal drug use; able to pass background checks required by the employer.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the program aide assisting with nurse care.
• Provide nursing care as directed by the manager and supervise the program aide.
• Monitor and record routine vital signs and weights.
• Assist in ADLs and personal care for participants.
• Report changes in condition to the manager promptly.
• Assist with meals and ensure participants receive prescribed diets.
