Good Samaritan in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Senior Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time day shifts. You will provide resident-centered care under RN supervision, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing team.

This not-for-profit facility emphasizes quality care in a Christian environment. Eligible candidates have CNA certification, 2 years of LTC experience, and a commitment to infection control and respectful, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing.
• Two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Maintains continuing education credits; minimum 12 hours annually.
• May be required to complete Restorative Nursing training within 6 months.
• If applicable, registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with vital signs, bathing, toileting, grooming and meals.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE policies and support other staff as needed.
• May participate in Restorative Nursing and other department tasks.
