Good Samaritan in Mandan, ND is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a 128-bed skilled nursing facility. Under RN supervision you will assist with daily living activities and basic health tasks.

This full-time role includes day shift 8 hours, 40 hours weekly, with shift differentials and a generous benefits package. CNA certification required or in process; prior long-term care experience preferred. Sign-on bonus eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Minimum age 16; prior CNA experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing or enrollment in a training program required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal support.
• Record vitals and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Participate in infection prevention and care plan adherence.
