Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program across multiple concurrent projects. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour calendars, review reports before they ship, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will lead field and laboratory resources, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and grow accounts through reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC with field credibility.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadlines.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, or ACI) and credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars; Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
