Job summary

Construction Material Testing is looking for a Project Manager to own the client relationship and the testing program across multiple concurrent projects. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before they ship, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run with authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and grow accounts through reliable delivery to maintain strong client trust and project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets and invoicing inputs; communicate with clients.
