Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program across concurrent projects. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will lead field and laboratory resources, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and grow accounts through reliability and clear communication with clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure
• Certifications ICC, NICET, or ACI and credibility with field crews

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars; Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; Grow accounts through delivered reliability
