Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with authority and accountability, price testing programs, allocate field and lab resources, and manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and change orders while growing accounts through reliable service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
