Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Manager who will own client relationships and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, and reviewing reports before they ship to keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and grow accounts through reliable delivery across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, or ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
