Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before they ship, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, overseeing budgets, invoicing inputs, and change scope while growing accounts through reliability and trust with clients on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars; Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
