Qualifications

• Five+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications such as ICC, NICET, or ACI and credibility with field crews.

• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
