Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks an experienced Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews, reviewing reports, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, pricing programs, scheduling technicians, and maintaining budgets while growing accounts through reliability and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) with technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; manage budgets and invoicing inputs.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability and strong client communication.
