Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks an experienced Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews, reviewing reports, and keeping projects profitable.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority, travel to job sites, manage budgets and invoicing, and grow accounts through reliability and clear client communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials and credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
