Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager who will own the client relationship and the testing program, from scoping proposals to scheduling crews against pour calendars, reviewing reports before they ship, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, travel to sites as required, and mentor field crews while growing accounts through reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars; Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
