Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program, from scoping proposals to scheduling crews and reviewing reports, ensuring profitability and clear client updates.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, pricing and scoping new programs, coordinating technicians against changing pour and earthwork calendars, and maintaining robust budgets and invoicing inputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
