Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews, reviewing reports, and keeping projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, managing budgets, invoicing inputs, and growing accounts through reliability and strong technical credibility with field crews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
