Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before shipment, and keeping projects profitable.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing, and grow accounts by delivering reliability and strong communication with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; manage budgets and invoicing inputs.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability; keep clients informed and projects profitable.
